With a one to one Pilates session I can come to your home at a time to suit you, whether that’s in your lunch break after the kids have gone to bed. Especially useful for those new to Pilates or anyone looking for a truly personalised progressive Pilates plan which is unique to you and your body. Pregnancy Pilates focuses on building strength so that your body feels supported and stable throughout pregnancy. This four week course will focus on the pelvic floor, deep core muscles, posture, glutes and shoulder strength - preparing your body for the demands of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. Connect with each other mums-to-be in a calm and welcoming space led by Holly, a Pilates instructor with specialist training in working with pre and post natal clients. Details
