I am a professional Pilates instructor dedicated to inspiring people to better health and well-being through Pilates.
Some years ago, I dislocated my shoulder and my physiotherapist recommended I take up Pilates as part of my recovery. Having quickly seen the benefits not only for my shoulder, but my general fitness and wellbeing I have continued to practice Pilates for the last ten years. It also helped me to stay strong and healthy throughout two pregnancies.
I hold a CYQ level 3 qualification which is the highest level within Pilates and covers mat work for group sessions from beginners to advanced as well as personal training session and postural analysis.
Laura is a delightful leader – always encouraging and considerate. We both enjoyed the classes and made great progress.
